OUR STORY
This is about the all time known and popular “Venezuela Style Cakes”, these are still the ones that Grandma Ines de Brandt made for more than 70 years. She used to make and decorate the most delightful home made cakes.
These recipes were passed from generation to generation, starting with Grandma Ines. Lately her daughter Amalia de Santander who was dearly called “Grandma Amalia” also followed and kept the cake and pastries making tradition, and in addition she introduced a wide variety of appetizers.
Subsequently Grandma Amalia shared and taught these recipes to her granddaughter Yine Sanchez maintaining the treasured recipes and family secrets of all of the above mentioned.
The only thing that thiny Yineira did not inherit, was Grandma’s name. She has the same abilities, love and passion for the baking industry, specializing in cakes for all occasions adding the most innovative creative designs and motifs, starting from the most basic cake to the nicest gourmet cakes, due to her position of not yet a grandma, people choose to call her Yine.
